We suggest you arrange to see the PERFORMING WELL introductory presentation before making a decision to sign on or at the very least have a conversation with a performance wellbeing coach about your needs.

For us as an organisation, we need to be sure the 'fit' is right, you are ready for PERFORMING WELL and that we can guarantee 100% success.

Performing well is a programme of year-long support, however the initial focus occurs in the off or pre- season over a five week period. This process is called ZAP

Once the 5 week process is complete, the athlete rolls into ZAP PLUS

Athletes complete a comprehensive BASELINE System Picture Analysis. (SPA)

From this baseline data an athletes key focus areas are idenftified for the Weekly SPA and wellbeing and health interventions.

All New Individual Athletes

1. Pay the programme fee and complete the Symptom Picture baseline document prior to starting.

2. A personal weekly SPA will be provided based on the baseline document results.

3. Every Friday you submit your SPA. Feedback is immediate and followed up within 48 hours with programme adjustments from your coach if required.

4. You have 7 day a week, unlimited access to your coach.
