Eighty percent of all athlete's start every day with some form of wellbeing or health issue. While not every issue will measurably impact on productivity / engagement / output, most do.

Anxiety, headaches, migraines, sinus issues, digestive, gut and bowel issues, food allergies / intolerances, skin issues, poor sleep quality / quantity, poor wound healing, bacterial and viral infections, hormonal imbalance, autoimmune issues, food nutrient bioavailability, inflammation, high medication use, fungal infections, oral health issues, chronic fatigue, poor focus, concentration, ... and the list goes on and on.

Rather than just treat the symptoms (which each of these issues are) we focus on reversing (or preventing) the cause using NON-PHARMA (non-medication) interventions.

In the off or pre-season an athlete takes 5 weeks to lay the foundation called ZAP and to establish a very clear personal vision. Identifying his / her "WHY" is really important.

Once the foundation is set, we monitor an individual's SYMPTOM PICTURE every week over a year (ZAP PLUS) so an individual can operate at a consistently high level.
