Terms and Conditions: New Zealand


These terms and conditions apply to all Services that we ( New Zealand) provide to you anytime, whether now or in the future. In the case of conflict between these terms and the provisions in any other agreements or documents relating to the Services, these terms shall apply and shall be paramount and supersede the conflicting provisions.


If we provide you with the Services listed below then: ​


If a membership lapses and the client wishes to renew a membership, it will be at the current new membership rate, or at a rate determined by their membership term.

Some special programmes offered by theCOACHsmith and one on one coaching incur an additional cost over and above the membership fee.

Memberships may be revoked (without refund) if a member breaches the copyright conditions and / or other terms and conditions of the membership as outlined below:

Members are required to securely protect their log in user name and password.

Under no circumstances is a member permitted to allow a non-member access to the members section of site via their password to access resources or services. Services include: the resource clip library, the Video / Audio library, one on one coaching, Request, Chat, Webinars, Special programmes.

Under no circumstances may a member use the resources / services from this site for financial or commercial gain.

Members are asked to be respectful of the views and opinions of other members especially in forums such as chat and webinar.

Members who breach these conditions may have their membership cancelled without refund. Hard Clip Library

Hard clips are free for members who in turn are bound by the copyright and disclaimer conditions.

One on One Coaching

We provide members with access to expert coaches. The process to access a coach is as follows:

Members complete an on line coaching request form and send

If this is a member’s first coaching session (within a calendar year) with a coach from this field, the first 15 minutes session is free of charge.

All other coaching sessions with a coach from this field (in the period of a calendar year from the sign on anniversary date) is at a specified rate (+8% commission for

All one on one coaching sessions are pre-paid. Once the payment has been received by the coaching requesting form is forwarded to the specialist coach. The coach will be in contact within 24 hours to arrange the day / time / mode for the coaching session(s)

If a member is dissatisfied with the coaching session they must lodge their concern with the Managing Director of within 24 hours of receiving the coaching session. Complaints are forwarded to:

The MD will follow up the concern and either refund the session, issue a coaching credit or dismiss the complaint on the grounds the complaint was not warranted.


The request advice and request specific information service is free for members.

Upon submitting a request form members will receive a response within 24 hours


Webinars is a free service for members.

The webinar schedule will be published at least 2 weeks in advance.

Members are required to register for a webinar, whereby receiving an access pin number. RAK (Random Act of Kindness)

RAK is a free service to members. promote a philosophy of charity and support to others. It is through random acts of kindness that members can support others in their community.

Each year will select 1-3 significant community (NZ) projects in which to support. The decision will be made by members and management. Only registered members of can submit requests for monetary support for a charity, family, organisation or community.

Competitions / Promotions will at times offer members the opportunity to win prizes and rewards through promotions and competitions in site.

Such competitions and promotions are only available to registered members.

All prizes / rewards won by members will be forwarded to the residential address indicated on their registration form.

Liability will not be liable to you, or any third party, for any: loss or damage to information or data from any cause; or breach of security; or loss of profit; or incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.

In any event, our maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of any claim for loss and/or damages (for any cause whatsoever) will under no circumstances exceed an amount equal to the total Charges paid by you under the cost of your membership for a 12 month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

A life full of wellness, energy, focus, leanness, vitality and the ability and freedom to live as you please. To achieve this you need accurate and dependable knowledge and support that is ongoing and reliable. This is what our coaches provide.
Pricing & Shipping
All prices on theCOACHsmith are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and include nation wide shipping (inside New Zealand only) with NZPost.
Delivery of physical items can be expected within four working days of receipt of payment to standard non-rural addresses & within five working days for rural addresses.
