HOW TO SIGN UP AS A BUSINESS / ORGANISATION

Signing up as a BUSINESS / ORGANISATION should be completed by someone in a senior management role. (CEO, CFO, senior manger, Owner etc). The initial sign up process takes about 10 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: Before starting this process decide how you wish to structure your organisation regarding wellbeing. You can sign up as just ONE BUSINESS / ORGANISATION or there are often advantages in setting up your BRANCHES, DIVISIONS, TEAMS etc as separate organisations.

NAME: Fill in the SENIOR MANAGERS / CEO / OWNERS name

E-MAIL: Fill in the senior managers / CEOs' or Owners email address: NOTE - this is the their access to the site at any time (Personal and business / organisation)

PASSWORD: This is the senior mangers, or CEO's or Owners PW into the site both personal and business / organisation.

TERMS OF SERVICE BOX: Tick this box. NOTE this material isn't relevant to a business / organisation. The next tick box is.

CREATING AN ORGANISATION

IMPORTANT NOTE: Decide if you are setting your organisation use just as ONE ORGANISATION OR MORE THAN ONE ORGANISATION (as in branches / bases / division / teams / etc). If it's one organisation - enter the name of that organisation here. If this is the registration of a branch / base / division / team) then enter the organisation into the box followed by the location or number or colour indicating is one of two or four.

EG: Homebase (organisation) Riccarton. Or Homebase 1, OR Homebase Blue

Something to distinguish each branch.

Select your payment option depending on the the number of people in your organisation. Ignore the school option.

NOTE: If you select and pay for 20 staff, but have 30 staff - then 10 of your people are unable to be part of the working well programme. Your system will only allow a maximum of 20 to sign on.

CARD HOLDERS NAME: Enter the card holders name

You are now signed on as a Busness / organiation / branch.

If you are signing on another branch / division / team etc - repeat the process for this next branch in your businss / organisation.

Details on how to use the site, enter staff details, access complimentary codes, redeem complimentary codes, access the library, and the complimentary coaching for staff will follow as soon as you have recieved your business / organisation INTRODUCTORY SEMINAR.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A 5 WEEK ZAP PROGRAMME (refer to 'PROGRAMMES' - ZAP for details about how ZAP works)

All staff, management, support staff and others associated with your business / organisation have the option of signing up for a 5 week ZAP programme by:

a. Signing up privately: Most businesses don't use the CODE system. They have negotiated a $574 programme subsidised down to $198. Staff just sign on PRIVATELY

b. Signing up using a CODE. A CODE is pre-purchased by the school. You will be emailed the ‘CODE”. Copy the CODE and paste it into the site following the steps below.

· Select: ‘SIGN UP’

Select: THE $198 PAYMENT OPTION. You will receive all of the benefits and services provided for the $574 programme for this price. Complete the contact details

Complete the pre-programme form – hit enter.

YOUR ZAP programme will arrive via email within 48 HOURS. NOTE: Once the staff member has receive the email with their initial programme they will be contacted by their coach to customize specific details of their programme.

b. SIGNING UP TO A 5 WEEK ZAP PROGRAMME USING A CODE

Someone in the senior management team or a designate, will email you a code: A combination of letters / numbers. This CODE can be redeemed for a 5 week, personally coached ZAP programme.

Follow these steps to redeem your CODE.

· Click back to ‘PROGRAMMES’ on the menu tool bar· Select: ‘ZAP’

· Select: ‘SIGN UP’·

Select CODE This is at the bottom of the payment options (Bottom of the page)

· Paste in the CODE - hit Enter

· Complete the address details.

· Hit Check out

· Complete the pre-programme form – hit 'ENTER'

YOUR ZAP programme will arrive via mail within 48 hours. NOTE: once the staff member has receive the email with their initial programme they will be contacted by their coach to customize specific details of their programme.
